FI Cleaning Solutions is a family-owned commercial cleaning company built on hands-on experience, strong operational leadership and a commitment to consistent quality. Over the years, we have learned what it takes to maintain facilities, manage teams, meet client expectations and deliver dependable service.
Our focus is simple: building direct relationships with our clients and providing the accountability, communication, trained personnel and consistent supervision they should expect from a cleaning partner.
Meet the owners
FI Cleaning Solutions is owned and led by Daniel and Sulay Lopez. Their backgrounds bring together operations, construction, client relations, team development and leadership, and both stay hands-on in the business every day.
Daniel Lopez
Day to day: Daniel works directly with property managers and tenants, stays in close communication with our day porters, and helps lead the night crews.
Daniel brings more than a decade of experience in construction and home improvement, leading teams, coordinating projects and working directly with clients from diverse backgrounds. As the owner of Absolute Construction and Home Improvements, he understands the importance of communication, accountability and delivering work that meets client expectations. His experience developing people and leaders shapes how he leads the team at FI Cleaning.

Sulay Lopez
Day to day: Sulay is the support behind Daniel and behind FI Cleaning. She runs the logistics of the company and leads night-crew training, along with the administration that keeps everything moving: payroll, accounting, billing and communications.
Sulay brings extensive experience in business administration, operations, staff development and client relations. One of her strengths is designing efficient workflows for commercial facilities, organizing teams and responsibilities to keep cleaning standards consistent. She also plays an active role in employee training, leadership development and client relationships.

Absences are rare for us, and when one happens, we already know how to cover it. Many of our employees have been with us for a long time, and the care we show them shows up in their work.
We believe people perform at their best when they know they are valued. We make an intentional effort to know our team, recognize their contributions and celebrate their accomplishments, because when people are valued, they bring that same care to the buildings they serve.
When a tenant has a concern, we listen first
We are committed to serving your tenants with exceptional cleaning. If a tenant has a complaint, here is what happens.

We meet with the tenant
First, we sit down with them to understand the issue and what they expect.

We meet with the crew that night
We go over exactly what the tenant needs, so the crew knows what to fix.

We give them what they need
The information, training, equipment or materials to resolve it and keep it resolved.
Leadership that reaches every level
For Daniel and Sulay, leadership is the ability to influence, develop and equip others to succeed. Both are certified members of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, and those principles shape how they develop supervisors, build teams and create accountability.
Strong leadership only matters when it reaches every level. We equip our supervisors to lead their crews, reinforce our standards, provide hands-on training and keep communication and accountability consistent in the field. From owners to supervisors to team members, we lead by example: knowing the standard, demonstrating it and equipping others to carry it forward.
