Nightly janitorial service

The core of what we do. Every night, in every building we serve.

Restrooms

A full clean every night. Toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, mirrors and fixtures cleaned and disinfected, dispensers restocked, and floors mopped.

Breakrooms & kitchen areas

Counters, sinks, tables and open surfaces sanitized, appliance exteriors spot-cleaned, trash removed, and floors swept and mopped.

Trash & recycling

Designated trash and recycling receptacles emptied, liners replaced as needed, and waste taken to the designated disposal area.

Reception, lobby & conference rooms

Accessible furniture and surfaces dusted, rooms straightened, trash removed, and floors vacuumed or mopped, so the first thing visitors see is a neat space.

Hallways, elevators & entries

Corridors vacuumed or cleaned, elevator doors, buttons and walls wiped, and entrance mats and entry flooring cleaned.

Floors

Carpeted offices, corridors and high-traffic areas vacuumed. Hard floors swept or dust-mopped and damp-mopped, with visible spills and marks addressed.

Glass, doors & high-touch surfaces

Fingerprints and smudges removed from accessible interior glass, entrance doors and partitions. Door handles, push plates and light switches cleaned.

Fountains, copy rooms & closets

Water fountains and bottle stations disinfected, copy and print rooms tidied and cleaned, and our janitorial closets kept clean and orderly.

Supplies, equipment & supervision

We provide the labor, supervision, cleaning chemicals, supplies and equipment needed for the routine service.

We clean around papers, files, electronics and personal items. They are never moved.

Accessible areas, in writing

Cleaning covers accessible areas and surfaces. Anything beyond that is agreed in writing first.

Frequency that fits

Service frequencies are adjusted by written agreement based on your occupancy and how the building is used.

Carpet, floor and specialty work handled by the team that already knows your building, so you don’t have to bring in and manage another vendor.

Carpet extraction & deep cleaning

Hot-water extraction, deep carpet cleaning and other restorative carpet care.

Floor stripping, waxing & refinishing

Removal and application of floor finish, plus restorative hard-floor refinishing.

Machine scrubbing & burnishing

Periodic machine scrubbing, buffing or burnishing beyond routine mopping.

Window cleaning

Ground-floor windows cleaned inside and out. Upper-floor windows are cleaned from the inside only. Scheduled on request, around your building and your tenants.

Pressure washing

Exterior sidewalks, entrances, walls and other approved surfaces.

Post-construction cleanup

Detailed cleanup after construction, remodeling, repairs or tenant improvements, so a space is ready for occupancy.

Bulk removal & event cleanup

Removal of unusually large volumes of waste, furniture or pallets, and extra cleaning before, during or after events.

Water damage & emergency response

We coordinate a streamlined response with our partner, Absolute Construction & Home Improvements: water extraction, structural drying, dehumidification, moisture monitoring and debris removal.

Day porter service

Many buildings want someone on site during the day. A day porter keeps the building looking right and handles whatever comes up, so you don’t have to.

Spills handled right away

A spilled soda in the lobby gets cleaned up before anyone slips.

Dry, safe entrances

On rainy days, the lobby stays dry so no one falls.

Restrooms kept up

Restrooms stay clean and stocked with paper products and soap through the day.
